Kathmandu, July 19: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said a 2.25-kilometre road was constructed daily in the last fiscal year, 2024/25. Taking to a social networking site today, Prime Minister Oli argued that the country made a huge stride in physical infrastructure in the last six years.
The Head of the Government mentioned that a 932-kilometre road was blacktopped last year. "There is a record that the speed of physical infrastructure development was high six years back when the UML was leading the government. This pace slowed again. Now, we are in government, and the development works have gained pace. It should be further intensified."
Extending best wishes on the occasion of the Engineers' Day today, PM Oli viewed that engineers are our essential human resources for physical infrastructures to technology development. (RSS)
