PM Oli stresses fostering Nepal-China friendship across generations

Kathmandu, July 18: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has stressed the need to foster Nepal-China friendship across generations.     

He clarified that the government of Nepal would not leave any stone unturned for the activities to be carried out from the side of Nepal in order to advance the relationship.

Addressing the Nepal-China Cultural Summit, 2025, organised by 'Phoenix Inspiration' on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Nepal-China diplomatic relations here today, Prime Minister Oli opined that organising such programmes on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two ancient nations has given an extraordinary message for the expansion of mutual cultural relations.     

"It will help grow mutual friendship and multi-dynamic relations across the generations," he mentioned.     

On the occasion, Prime Minister Oli honoured Deputy Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Sunita Dangol, with the Youth Empowerment Award, Rajesh Kaji Shrestha and Birendra Raj Pandey with the Business Leadership Award, as well as Anuradha Sharma with the Education Excellence Award. (RSS)
