One dead after falling from a cliff in Nishikhola

By Nabaraj Nepali, Baglung, July 16: One person died after falling from a cliff in Nisikhola. Kamal BK, aged 50, of Jhimpa, Nishikhola rural municipality -4, died after falling from a cliff on Tuesday.

Chairperson of Nisikhola Rural Municipality-4, Tikanidhi Poudel, said that BK died after falling about 500 meters down from a cliff while cutting grass on a Kapase cliff

Chairman Poudel said that after BK fell from a cliff, his friend Ram Bahadur Gharti, who was with him, informed the locals, and the villagers rushed to the spot, but he had already passed away.

He said that BK, who fell from the cliff, was found after a search by locals.

Chairman Poudel said, "BK fell from a very high place. All the villagers went and searched for him after hearing about the incident.  The body was recovered far below the place where BK fell during the search."
