One arrested with drugs in Dhangadhi

By Avinash Chaudhary, Dhangadhi, July 15: Kailali police have arrested 31-year-old Umesh Chaudhary of Gauriganga Municipality-8 with nine grams and 350 milligrams of narcotics (brown heroin).

He was arrested in the customs area of Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan City-3. 

Ganesh Nath of the Investigation Branch of the District Police Office said that he was arrested in possession of drugs during a check at the customs area.

The District Police Office said that the arrested Chaudhary has been detained at the District Police Office, and further investigation is underway.

Following the increase in drug trafficking and dealing, the District Police Office is implementing drug control procedures to control the situation.
