As his songs become hits, his demand has increased not only in Nepal but also for international stage performances.
He recently returned from a musical tour in Japan, and prior to that, he had performed in Dubai.
Baral’s success has come through continuous struggle. As his songs gained popularity and his demand in musical events increased, he seems greatly satisfied.
Baral who entered the Nepali music industry through Big Icon 2011 is now tasting the fruits of success.
After making it to the top 7 of Big Icon, he went on to study music and recorded his first song titled ‘Timi Kaha’ in 2015.
Born in Kaski, Pokhara, in 1989 as the eldest son of Tara Baral and Laxmi Baral, he has continued his studies alongside pursuing music.
Baral also participated in the first and second seasons of Nepal Idol.
He said that his success was the result of hard work and persistent effort.
According to him, music today is not only about listening but also about visual experience, which has made producing music videos a necessity.
Baral has received numerous awards and honours. Not long ago, he was honoured with the Jaya Prapti Music Award.
He also won the Best New Singer in the Modern Category at the 5th Jyoti Films Music Award 2023 held in Dubai.
His duet with singer Asmita Adhikari, ‘Rumalai Chhino Dhoi’ has received over 4.9 million views.
Another song, ‘Yo Man Timrai Matra Ho Sanu Chhuna Kasailai’ sung with Samikshya Adhikari, has also garnered attention.
Similarly, the duet with Anju Panta titled ‘Niyaloko Doko Hajur’ brought him into the limelight.
His popular song ‘Manma Timi Chhau’ with Asmita Adhikari features lyrics by Suresh Rana Magar and music by Badal Thapa Magar.
Other well-known songs by Baral include ‘Boli Deu Sannani’, ‘Sanumaya’, ‘Ae Jhari’, ‘Aansuko Mul’, and ‘Gayo Malai Chhodi’ among others
