By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, June 25: Spiritual thinker and writer Manasagni has come up with a collection of essays titled 'Chaitanyabodh' in Nepali.
Critics Govindaraj Bhattarai, Kumar Koirala, Laxman Prasad Gautam, essayist Momila Joshi and writer Manasagni himself made the book public amid an event organised by Page Turner in the capital on Tuesday.
Critic Bhattarai hailed the deep spirituality of Manasagni's essays, claiming such type of essays are rare in Nepali language. "The essays make you think differently," he said.
Other speakers, including Koirala, Gautam, Joshi, and Mahesh Paudel also lauded the creativity of his essays.
Manasagni is literary name of reputed aturopathist Dr. Hariprasad Pokhrel.
Published by Page Turner, the book comprises 18 essays of miscellaneous themes. The book is priced at Rs. 520.
