No one is above constitution: DPM Singh

Kavrepalanchowk, April 13: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Urban Development Prakash Man Singh has said no one is above constitution. He stressed the need for all citizens to remain within constitutional limit.     

Inaugurating a Madhurapati Health Post building at Namobuddha municipality-1, and declaring it a child-friendly ward on Sunday, DPM Singh said it is everyone's duty to abide by the constitution.     

Civil rights have been secured after the establishment of democratic governance, he said, asserting that significant progress was made in health, education and infrastructure developments after the federal set up in the country.     

House of Representatives member Surya Man Dong, Bagmati Province Assembly member Kanchan Chandra Shrestha, Nepali Congress District President Tirtha Lama, District Coordination Committee Chief Dipak Kumar Gautam and other local leaders were present on the occasion.(RSS)
