By TRN Online, Kathmandu, April 12: Deputy Prime Minister and the minister for urban development Prakash Man Singh said that there is a need be concern to protect the hard earned rights achieved through struggle.
He was addressing a program in the event of celebration of the new-year program organized by Democratic Newa: Khala in Kritipur.
He emphasized for need to a heed to protect the hard achieved rights and to understand its essence.
DPM Singh said, “We not only have to seek utilization of rights. It is equally important to fulfill duty and responsibility which comes with right. The right and duty are two sides of a same coin”.
He viewed that there is need to move forward for the path of prosperity by maintaining political stability through institutionalization of achieved right.
DPM said those who doesn’t understand the importance of right have been questioning the current system.
He vowed that question of retrieving the old system cannot be imagine.
The DPM Singh extended good wishes for the piece, happiness, prosperity to all.
