Kathmandu, Mar.11: Holi, the festival of colors, is approaching.

The festival, also called the spring festival, marks the arrival of spring and the harvest season.

It is a colorful festival of harmony, beauty, and joy, being united irrespective of background, and a natural source of new consciousness, equality, and harmony.

White T-shirts with the words 'Happy Holi' written on them are on sale in the market for Holi.

Traders said that Holi goods are not selling as well as in previous years.

The materials we are selling now are from last year.

A wholesale trader in Kathmandu's Pachali Galli (street) said that he was selling the same goods as before because the sales last year were not as good as before.

Previously, there was a lot of demand for the items used in Holi, but this year so far they have not got the business.
