Keki, Miruna join Bijaya Baral to do Janai Harayeko Bahun

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Mar. 6: The film unit of Janai Harayeko Bahun has gradually revealed its lineup. 

The production team has signed actresses Keki Adhikari and Miruna Magar as the lead actresses in the film recently.  

Actors Bijay Baral, Gaurav Pahari and Rear Rai had been signed earlier.

Even though Bijay, Keki and Miruna have been cast in the main roles in the film, the production team has not yet disclosed which of the two actresses will be paired opposite Bijay.

A thematic motion poster for the film was released some time ago. 

According to the film unit, Janai Harayeko Bahun tells an emotional story of a mother and son. The poster hints that the film revolves around the struggles a son endures for his mother’s happiness.

The film will be directed by Himal Neupane, marking his directorial debut. Prem Geet 3 actor Manish Raut is associate director of the film. 

Produced under the banner of Paperclip Production, the screenplay, story, and dialogues of the film have been written by Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal. 

The film will narrate the story of an ordinary man who moves from a village to the city and encounters unexpected challenges that bring significant changes to his life, informed the film unit. 

The film is produced by Aditya Films, with Nabin Gurung as its cinematographer.

The shooting of the film will begin by mid-April. According to the production team, the film will be released in Nepal and abroad on the same day.

The film is set to be released on the occasion of Teej.
