Political awareness growing: Chair Prachanda

Chitwan, Feb 1: Chairman of the CPN (Maoist Centre) and former prime minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has said political awareness has grown among Nepalis in recent times. 

During an orientation organized by his party here today, Chairman Prachanda viewed a new kind of awareness was developed among the people, and in the leftist sphere and political front at large. 

"Maoist Centre is earning public trust," he claimed, adding that he was devoted to strengthening party organization.     

Chairman Prachanda welcomed some leaders in his party during the programme. Those entering his party were Ganga Lama, Arun Pidit Bhandari, and Krishna Raj Neupane who were earlier the CPN (Unified Socialist) leaders. (RSS)
