Birat Expo from Jan 24

Morang, Jan 7: Morang Industrial Organization has decided to organize 'Birat Expo-2025' in a bid to foster economic and industrial developments in the district.   

 
The expo will be held at Jatuwa of Biratnagar Metropolitan City-14 from January 24 to February 2. Information about it was shared at a press conference here Monday.   

 
There will have nine pavilions with 268 stalls, according to Bholeshwor Dulal, coordinator of expo management committee.    

Chairman of Morang Industrial Organization, Rakesh Surana, informed that start ups from Nepal, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh will be in the exhibition. Similarly, Koshi hackathon, IT and digital technologies, employment and entrepreneurship information, automobiles, corporate, agriculture, tourism and food stalls will feature the event. 

   
The expo would be beneficial to spur economic activities in the region, the speakers said.    

Coordinator Dulal said internal preparation was over and stalls being set gradually. (RSS)
