Maoist Center's CC meeting underway

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Jan 5: The central committee (CC) meeting of the main opposition party in the parliament, CPN (Maoist Center), has started today.

At the CC meeting being held at a banquet at Dhumbarahi, Maoist Chair Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' is presenting a political and organizational report.

According to Maoist Center vice-chair and spokesperson, Agni Prasad Sapkot, the CC meeting will hold deliberation on the Chairman's political report entitled 'Resolution for Party Transformation and Reconstruction: Today's Necessity'.


In the meeting, 409 CC members, 205 alternate CC members, 75 members from three different departments and 125 office-bearers of 10 provinces- seven geographical and three non-geographical provinces- will participate in the discussion.
