NPL: Lumbini posts 171-run target for Pokhara, Captain Paudel hits 95 runs

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec 6: Lumbini Lions posted a target of 171 runs for Pokhara Avengers in the 11th Match of Nepal Premier League (NPL) on Friday at Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground, Kirtipur.

Batting first Lumbini scored 170 runs with the help of captain Rohit Paudel's 95 runs in the stipulated 20 overs by losing 5 wickets.

Paudel scored 95 runs in 59 balls before being run out in the last ball of the inning.

Similarly, Tom Moores scored 45 runs, Sundeep Jora scored 18 runs and Bibek Yadav scored two runs. Ashutosh Ghiraiya and Unmukt Chand remained unable to score runs. 


Pokhara's bowler Bipin Khatri took two wickets whereas Matt Critchley picked a wicket.
