By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Dev,1: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has briefed President Ramchandra Paudel on his forthcoming visit to China. PM Oli is scheduled to pay an official visit to China from December 2 to 5.
During the meeting held at the President’s Office, Sheetal Niwas, President Paudel extended his best wishes to the Prime Minister for the success of the visit. Foreign Minister Dr. Arzu Rana Deuba was also present on the occasion.
Meanwhile, Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), Krishna Prasad Dhakal, informed that substantive and logistic preparations the Prime Minister's China visit are underway.
According to him, agenda of the visit include connectivity, trade, investment, tourism, agriculture, and infrastructure development projects. “I am hopeful that this visit will further expand the scope of development support from China to Nepal,” he said while adding that the visit would be further cement the bilateral ties between the two countries.
