By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Nov. 13: Chairman of CPN (Maoist Center) Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has instructed party cadres to hold door-to-door visit for local level by-election.

Addressing the candidate announcement programme for by election in Kirtipur municipality, the Maoist Center Chairman also asked the party activists to listen to the complaints of the people while informing them about the party's commitment.

"We have to maintain a record in Kirtipur. We have not been up to our promises due to some shortcomings and weaknesses. Instead of large meetings, please visit people by visiting their doorsteps and present our party's commitment. This will be meaningful. We have to appeal to the people to give us a chance to work as per the need and aspiration of the people," said the Chairman of the main opposition party.

Former Prime Minister Prachanda made it a point that the erstwhile Maoist-led government did tremendous efforts for good governance and that everyone knows about it. "People know the government led by Maoist Center worked for good governance and people also know why the new government was formed pulling down the Maoist Center led one."
