Baglung accident update: All five deceased hails from same village

By Thakur Prasad Acharya, Baglung, Nov.11: Five people from the same village have died in a van accident in Byarthala of Jaidi in Jaimini Municipality-7, Baglung, this morning.

According to Keshav Thapa, a police inspector and information officer at the Baglung District Police Office, van driver Mahendra Pun, aged 38, 20-year-old Rashmi Srish, 50-year-old Nanda Kali Pun, 17-year-old Niraj Srish and 75-year-old Kul Prasad Srish. All hails from Jaimini-8 Chhisty, Baglung.

Wardchair-1 of Jaimini Municipality-7, Bishnu Prasad Acharya said that all deceased hails from the same place.

He said, "The whole village has been bereaved as five villages died in a van accident this morning. It is difficult to fathom the cause of the accident as the road is also good in accident site." 

The van with registration no. Ga 2Cha 9247 was en route to Baglung Bazar from Chhisti, Jaimini Municipality-8. 

Similarly, 45-year-old Ganga Bahadur Srish of the same place who sustained injuries in various parts of his body in the accident was brought to Dhaulagiri Hospital for treatment
