Pedang Sporting Club wins Khewang Gold-cup Football trophy
By Chandra Pandak, Taplejung, Nov 2: Pedang Sporting Club has won the trophy of Khewang Gold-cup Football Match by defeating Kummyak Rural Municipality 4-1 held at Khewang in Sirijungha Rural Municipality.
The match was the 7th edition of its kind organised by Khewang Sporting Club on the occasion of Tihar festival. Altogether eight teams played the match.
Minister for Industry, Agriculture and Cooperatives of Koshi Province, Khagen Singh Hangam, presented the winners with the trophy, cash prize and certificate.
