Nepal Infrastructure Bank supports Rs. 5 million for children's hospital

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Sept. 16: Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited has supported around Rs. 5 million to the Kathmandu Institute of Child Health (KIOCH) under its corporate social responsibility.

Chief executive officer of the Bank Krishna Bahadur Adhikari handed over a cheque for the aid amount to Dr. Bhagawan Koirala, chairman of the organisation amidst a function on Sunday.

The financial support to KIOCH is intended to help in the construction of a multi-speciality Children's Hospital being constructed at Budhanilakantha, Kathmandu, according to the Bank.

The KIOCH was established to make a special contribution to the child health sector by providing specialised services in the treatment of children.
