In a message today on the occasion of National Children's Day, the Chief Minister said it was the government's responsibility to effectively implement the constitutional and legal instruments made to defend child rights.

The children could be made responsible citizens for the future only if their talents were unveiled while safeguarding their rights, the Chief Minister stated.

Chief Minister Karki has also said that the Koshi Province Government was coordinating with the local governments in the province to address their deprivation from online classes existing in some remote settlements there. (RSS)
