Rukum East's Rural Municipality vice chair dies in jeep accident

By Thakur Prasad Acharya, Baglung, Sep 13: The Vice Chair of Rukum East's Putha Uttarganga Rural Municipality Bhupendra Budha Magar died in a jeep accident at Galkot Municipality - 2 on Friday.

The jeep with registration number Ra 1 Ja 200 was heading towards Rukum East from Baglung.

Police Inspector at District Police Office Baglung Pratap Paudel said that 33-year-old Budha's dead body was found at the accident site. Inspector Paudel informed that the identification of the vice chair was confirmed on the basis of the identity card.

He said that among three dead one's identification has been ascertained whereas two others' identity is yet to be ascertained.

 One injured has been receiving treatment at the Baglung hospital. 

Jeep fell some 300 meters from the Mid Hill highway.
