Maoist Centre leadership asked to frame action plan for people's mobilization

Kathmandu, Aug. 24: The leaders of the CPN (Maoist Centre) have suggested that the party leadership should come up with a clear action plan for people's mobilization and expand the party organization making it more pro-people.     

Speaking at the party's Special Valley Province Committee and the Liaison Coordination Committee meeting on Saturday, the central committee members of the Maoist Centre said that the party should go to the grassroots level by spreading the messages of positive interventions made by the Maoist Centre-led government.     

They also suggested that the party should spread the messages about the initiatives taken for good-governance and prosperity by the Maoist Centre-led government.     

Party's internal unity should be kept intact and leaders should be mobilized in an integrated approach, the central committee members suggested.     

Maoist Centre Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' and leaders Narayan Kaji Shrestha, Agni Prasad Sapkota and other leaders were present at the meeting.     

Meanwhile, Chairman Prachanda said that the meeting of the Special Valley Province Committee and the Liaison Coordination Committee remained fruitful.     

Speaking at a programme organized by Kathmandu-Nuwakot Liaison Coordination Committee, Prachanda said that the party's ongoing meetings are solely focused on strengthening and reviving the party.(RSS)
