Chair Nepal pays tribute to former student leader Khatiwada

Kathmandu, July 27: CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairperson and former Prime Minister, Madhav Kumar Nepal, paid tribute to former leader of the All Nepal National Free Student Union, Prija Khatiwada, draping her body with the party flag.     

Reaching the Pashupati Aryaghat today, Chair Oli expressed tribute to late Khatiwada. Khaitwada, her spouse Manuraj Sharma and four-year-old Adhiraj died in Saurya Airlines plane crash on July 24.     

The last rites of all three members of a family was performed at Pashupati Aryaghat after receiving the bodies from Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital after postmortem.     

Similarly, CPN (Unified Socialist) leader and former Prime Minister, Jhala Nath Khanal, General-Secretary Ghanshyam Bhusal, also expressed heartfelt tribute to the deceased and extended condolences to the bereaved family.(RSS)
