House collapse in Surkhet leaves 8 injured

Kakrebihar Surkhet), July 26: Eight members of a family received injuries when a house collapsed in Chhedagad Municipality -12, Karkigaun, Jajarkot district.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police of the District Police Office, Jajarkot, Purushottam Prasad Pandey, said that eight members of a family, including the household head 35-year-old Padam Adhikari, were injured and taken to Jajarkot Hospital for treatment. 

10-year-old Dinesh, 30-year-old Sarita, 14-year-old Nabin, 65-year-old Bhirkuli, 15-year-old Sujeeta, and 16-year-old Sangeeta, 14-year-old Nabaraj Adhikari, got injured when the house made of stone and mud collapsed on Friday morning. 

DSP Pandey said that six people Padam, Sarita, Nabin, Bhirkuli, Sujeeta, Padam, and Dinesh, who received critical injuries are undergoing treatment at the district hospital whereas Sangeeta and Nabaraj received minor injuries.  (Translated from RSS)
