Energy Minister Khadka meets families of air crash victims

Kathmandu, July 24: Minister of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Deepak Khadka has extended his heartfelt condolences to the family members of those who died in the crash involving a Saurya Airlines aircraft.     

Minister Khadka today met the family members at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital in Maharajganj and conveyed his condolences while paying emotional tributes to the deceased.     

On the occasion, he asked the doctors to quickly examine and identify the body and hand over the body to the relatives.     

It may be noted that Assistant Commuter Operator at the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, Priza Khatiwada, was among the 18 people who died in the accident that took place this morning at the Tribhuvan International Airport. (RSS)
