CM Lama and ministers take oath in Bagmati

By Ram Mani Dahal, Hetauda, July 24: Newly appointed Chief Minister of Bagmati Province Bahadur Singh Lama (Tamang) has taken an oath of Office and Secrecy before Province Chief Yadav Chandra Sharma.

Lama was appointed as Chief Minister of the Province on Wednesday.

CM Lama expanded a 10-member cabinet and all newly appointed ministers have also been sworn in. 

According to the  Spokesperson of the Province Chief Secretariat, Govinda Prasad Poudel, Prakash Shrestha has been appointed as Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, Kishor Kumar Silwal as the Minister of Forests and Environment, Shukmaya Tamang as Industry, Commerce, Land and Administration, Prem Bhakta Maharjan as Labor, Employment, and Transport Minister.

Kundan Raj Kafle, Shyam Bahadur Khadka, and Madhu Shrestha of the Nepali Congress are designated as ministers without portfolios.
