Newly appointed ministers sworn in

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, July 15: After Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Deputy Prime Ministers, 19 newly appointed ministers have been sworn in.

President Ram Chandra Paudel administered the oath of office and secrecy to the newly appointed ministers amidst a ceremony at the Office of the President on Monday.

Prithvi Subba Gurung as Communication, Information and Technology Minister, Ramesh Lekhak as Home Minister, Sharat Singh Bhandari as Labour, Employment and Social Security Minister, Pradip Yadav as Water Supply Minister, Balaram Adhikari as Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation Minister, Damodar Bhandari as Industry, Commerce and Supplies Minister and Nawal Kishor Shah took oath as Women, Children and Senior Citizens Minister.

Similarly, Debendra Dahal as the Physical Infrastructure and Transport Minister, Tejulal Chaudhary as the Youth and Sports Minister, Pradeep Paudel as the Health and Population Minister, Ajay Kumar Chaurasiya as Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister, Badri Pande as the Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Minister, Ramnath Adhikari as Agriculture and Livestock Development Minister, Bidhya Bhattarai as Education, Science and Technology Minister, Manvir Rai as Defence Minister, Deepak Khadka as Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Minister, Raj Kumar Gupta as Federal Affairs and General Administration Minister and Ain Bahadur Shahi took oath as Forest and Environment Minister.
