Revision of constitution for implementation of federalism: Former Chief Justice Kalyan Shrestha

Kathmandu, June 16: Former chief justice Kalyan Shrestha has said that federal system has not been fully implemented yet. He said that it is becoming challenging to pass laws from the parliament

During his visit in photo exhibition in Gorkhapatra Corporation on Sunday he has suggested to have revision of the constitution to let full implementation of federal system.
