Government announces to 900 mw electricity in transmission line

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, May 28: The minister of finance Barsha Man Pun has said that the government will add 900 mw electricity in transmission line. Finance Minister Barsha Man Pun revealed while presenting the annual estimate of income and expenditure for the upcoming fiscal year of 2081/82 at the joint meeting of the federal parliament today.
He said that this will reach 7500 mw electricity capacity in national grid line. Per capita electricity consumption will reach 450 unit. Electricity will be exported to Bangladesh from the next FY.
