Communist forces for building socialism: Minister Sharma

Ghorahi (Dang), March 26: Minister for Communications and Information Technology Rekha Sharma has asserted that a strong communist force was needed to build socialism.     

Addressing the joint assembly of Socialism Front Nepal's Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City ward no 17 and 18 in Ghorahi on Tuesday, Minister Sharma urged to strengthen constitution and political system by maintaining political stability in the country.     

Sharma, who is also Spokesperson of the government, informed that the incumbent government would create socialism-oriented budget for the upcoming fiscal year.     

The Minister stressed on advancing the country towards economic development, prosperity and development of independent national industrial capitalism and achieving progressive socialism.     

She viewed, "In order to achieve socialism, there is a need for a self-sufficient economy with social justice."     

Pointing out the need for purification in politics to curb corruption, Minister Sharma said that CPN (Maoist) had prioritized education, health, development and prosperity for the people.(RSS)
