Directives of Parliament, Parliamentary Committees in implementation: PM Prachanda

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Feb 28: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has clarified that the government has been implementing the directives given by the Parliament and Parliamentary committees with topmost priority.  

Responding to the queries of the members of the National Concern and Coordination Committee of the House of Representatives (HoR) on Wednesday, PM Prachanda said that the government will take the questions rightly raised by the Members of Parliament (MPs) seriously. 

He said that the main emphasis of the government is on corruption control, good governance, prosperity, development and management of the foreign policy. 

PM Prachanda said that the government is moving forward to form the remaining laws that are necessary for the implementation of the federalism. 

 “I want to inform that the government is implementing the directives given by the Parliament and Parliamentary committees as a top priority. The government has been taking the questions raised by the MPs seriously,” said PM Prachanda. 

The PM said, “Implementation of federalism is the top priority of the government. Various decisions taken by the meeting of the Provincial Coordination Council formed according to the Act relating to coordination and interrelationship of Federal, Provincial and Local levels, which has not taken place for the last four years, concerning federalism is being implemented.”
