Valley witnesses light winter-rainfall

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Jan 24: A few places in Kathmandu Valley received light winter-rainfall today.

According to Pratibha Manandhar, Meteorologist at the Meteorological Forecasting Division, Gongabu, Chabahil, Balaju and Maharajgunj, among other places in the Valley, received light rainfall on Wednesday afternoon.

She said that though the valley witnessed light rain, the chance of heavy rainfall in the next few days is unlikely.
