Democratic republic is best system, coalition will remain full term: PM Prachanda

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec 11: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has viewed that the existing democratic republic system is the best for Nepal given the present circumstances.

The PM said so while inaugurating the third full meeting of the central office bearers of the Press Center Nepal at Paris Danda today.

"Existing democratic republic is the best system. It has been achieved after a long struggle and huge sacrifice," said the PM, adding, "Regressive forces are working hard and making plots after plots to overturn the political gains."

The PM said that the regressive forces are bent on spreading rumours and fake information to defame the system because they are frightened by the way the government is doing a good job.

He urged the journalists to expose lies of the regressive, extremist and anarchist elements with regard to the federal democratic republic system, secularism and inclusivity.
