President Paudel attends Human Rights Day event

Kathmandu, Dec 10: President Ramchandra Paudel on Sunday attended a programme organized on the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.     

The event was organized at the President Office by the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.     

Present on the occasion were Vice President Ramsahay Prasad Yadav, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda', Speaker of House of Representatives (HoR) Devraj Ghimire, National Assembly Chairman Ganesh Prasad Timilsina, ministers, chairs of parliamentary committees, chiefs and members of the constitutional bodies, chiefs and representatives of the diplomatic missions in Nepal and other dignitaries.     

During the programme, a documentary on 'Nepal's Human Rights Journey' was displayed. (RSS)
