Chitwan, Dec 10: The Nepal Bar Association (NBA)'s national seminar on human rights and the 49th central executive council meeting kicked off in Sauraha today.

Bhattarai inaugurated the seminar. More than 1,000 law professionals from
across the country are attending the national seminar.
NBA president Gopal Krishna Ghimire
said discussions will be held in the two-day seminar on the human rights
situation, the ongoing conflict in West Asia, among other topics.
"Nepal Bar Association is
concerned over the status of Nepalis in Israel. Ten Nepali students were killed
in Israel. We are concerned over the obtaining situation there," he
said.
Ghimire said even now Nepali
student Bipin Joshi is in the captivity of Hamas and voice would be raised
through the seminar for his release. (RSS)
