26 hurt in bus accident in Tanahu
Damauli (Tanahu), Nov 29: Twenty-six passengers were injured in a passenger bus accident that occurred today at Ghansikuwa of Byas municipality-12 in Tanahu along the Prithvi Highway.
The District Police Office, Tanahu said the bus (Ga 1 Kha 7895) en route to Pokhara from Dharan met with an accident after the driver suddenly lost control of the vehicle. The injured are being treated at local Damauli Hospital and Ratnahari Hospital, according to the Office. Until the filing of this report, preparations were underway to take some injured to Pokhara.
