Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has said that all old laws will
be amended to solve the problems of the landless people.
"We have made a decision to amend all the old Acts within a week so as to solve the problems of the landless and those having mismanaged housing," said PM Prachanda, also Chairman of CPN (Maoist Center), while making public the website of the party, www.cpnmc.org, at its headquarters in Paris Danda.

The Prime Minister said that the Act related to the forest will also be
amended in view of addressing the problems of the landless.
Forest Act needs to be amended so as to make it compatible with the development aspiration of the people, he said, in many instances, the Act has acted as a barrier to development works.
