By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Aug 30: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has extended condolence to the dimse of human right activists Teknath Baral.
PM Prachanda has expressed anguish at the death of Baral and extended gratitude to family and well wishers, through Twitter.
