Sudurpaschim Province Assembly passes policy, programmes

Sudurpaschim, June 13 : The Province Assembly meeting of Sudurpaschim Province held on Tuesday passed the province government's policies and programmes for the fiscal year 2080/081 BS with a majority.     

After the deliberations on the government's policies and programmes, Speaker Bhim Bahadur Bhandari had tabled a proposal for decision, which was passed with a majority.     

Earlier, Chief Minister of Sudurpaschim Kamal Bahadur Shah responded to the province assembly members' concerns on the government's policies and programmes and said that the government was ready to co-work with all for the cause of development in the province.     

Chief Minister Shah said that the budget for the upcoming fiscal year is being formulated by prioritizing agriculture, tourism, education, health care and energy sectors.     

He said that the current government has included some of the best practices and programmes of the previous government for the upcoming fiscal year. (RSS)
