Dry landslide blocks Narayangadh-Muglin road section

By Shaligram Nepal, Chitwan, May 22: The Narayangadh-Muglin road section has been blocked since 2:30 pm today due to the dry landslide.

The landslide occurred at bridge number three near Tuinbhir, Ichyakamana Rural Municipality-6, Chitwan, along the Narayangadh-Muglin road.

The District Police Office, Chitwan, said that the movement of people and traffic has been hindered as the landslide continues.  

Bijay Pandit, Spokesperson at the District Police Office, said that police and staff from the road division office have been mobilized to open the blocked road.

Hills around the area have been excavated for a month for the reconstruction work.
