Six new cases in 24 hrs, active cases dip to 64

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, May 22: Six new cases (RT-PCR and antigen tests combined) of COVID-19 have been confirmed on Monday while 10 people recovered from the disease.

In 313 Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) tests done in the past 24 hours, four people were found infected with SARS-CoV-2, informed the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) in its regular update on Monday. Whereas, two positive cases were found in 522 Antigen tests in the last 24 hours. 

Currently, there are 64 active cases of COVID-19 across the nation.

So far, 12,031 people have lost their lives due to COVID-19 in Nepal.
