14 new cases in 24 hours, active cases dip to 80

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, May 20: 14 new cases (RT-PCR and antigen tests combined) of COVID-19 have been confirmed on Saturday while 13 people recovered from the disease.

In 139 Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) tests done in the past 24 hours, four people were found infected with SARS-CoV-2, informed the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) in its regular update on Saturday. Whereas, 10 positive cases were found in 654 Antigen tests in the last 24 hours. 

Currently, there are 80 active cases of COVID-19 across the nation.

So far, 12,031 people have lost their lives due to COVID-19 in Nepal.
