Rayamajhi to be presented in court today

Kathmandu, May 15: Nepal Police set to present CPN (UML) secretary and former Deputy Prime Minister Top Bahadur Rayamajhi before Kathmandu District Court.

Nepal Police informed that Rayamajhi is set to present him to court for its approval to seek judicial custody to carry out further investigation in his  involvement in Bhutanese refugees scam.

He was arrested from Budhanilkantha of Kathmandu yesterday for his alleged role in fraud of millions of rupees by duping Nepali citizens with the promise of sending them to the United States in cover of Bhutanese refugees.
