Sankhuwasabha DAO requests not to go around Arun river bank

By Dhyan Kulung, Sankhuwasabha, April 30: After the Arun River was blocked due to a dry landslide District Administration Office Sankhuwasabha requested the general public of the river banks settlements to remain alert. 

With the increasing of people going riverside for fishing after the water level decreases in the river, DAO requested all to remain alert. 

Assistant Chief District Officer Mohan Mani Ghimire informed that DAO suggested the general public not go around the river bank to save people gathering for fishing from possible accidents if a flood is triggered from the blocked river.

After the Arun River diverted to the Fyaksinda confluence a dam has been formed and the water level has been decreased.
