Two young business-women honoured

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, April. 1: Arushree Sharma Khatiwada, Co-Founder of Avani Nepal and Nikita Jalan Co-Founder of Petmama Nepal have been recognised as young business-women in the Summit Woman of the Year 2023.

Sharma won the title of "Summit Woman of the Year 2023" and Jalan won the title of "Vaidya Organization Innovation Prize". 

Sharma won Rs. 100,000 cash and a Gift from Shalimar Jewellers with the title. Similarly, Jalan won a cash Prize of Rs. 50,000. 

According to the organiser, more than 80 applications from all over Nepal were received. Summit graced UML Chair and Former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli as the Chief Guest.

Open Space Network organized Apex College Presents Summit Woman of the Year 2023 to recognize and honour businesswomen below the age of 30 with a sound business plan following all legal implications and at the same time making a social impact with strong growth and sustainability plan.

According to Faija Parween, Event Director, Summit Woman of the Year 2023, Summit Woman was created to provide a platform outside of the workplace to educate, encourage and inspire women to achieve their career and personal goals.
