Democratic Thought Society congratulates President Paudel

Kathmandu, March 20 : The Democratic Thought Society has congratulated newly elected President Ramchandra Paudel on his election to the post of Head of State of the country and wished him a successful tenure.     

At a program held on Monday at Rastrapati Bhawan Sheetal Niwas, President of the Society Kedar Narsingh KC and Senior Vice President Kulchandra Wagle handed over the letter of appreciation to the President.     

On the occasion, President Paudel said that the democratic thought society should play the role of a whistleblower when democracy and the country are in trouble.     

Also present on the occasion were among others Vice president of society Dr Ishwari Laudari, Treasurer Pushpaman Shrestha and the newly elected president of Nepal Medical Association Dr Anil Karki. (RSS)
