Shakya files candidacy for vice presidential election from UML

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Mar. 11: UML leader Ashta Laxmi Shakya filed her candidacy for the vice presidential election.
By reaching the election office for the presidential election at New Baneshwar on Saturday Shakya registered her nomination for the post.
For the post, she was purposed by UML chair KP Sharma Oli, leaders Suwas Chandra Nemwang, Chhabilal Bishwakarma, Raghubir Mahaseth and Gokarna Bista.
Similarly, she was supported by Mahesh Bartaula, Tulasa Dahal, Krishna Gopal Shrestha, Bhagawati Neupane and Yashoda Rijal.
