Bagmati Province Chief authenticates two bills

Bagmati, March 3 :  Chief of the Bagmati Province, Yadav Chandra Sharma, has authenticated Bill on Constitution and Operation of Bagmati Province Civil Service, and Bill on Constitution and Operation of Local Level Services passed from the Province Assembly on February 26.     

With the authentication by the Province Chief, the bills now are Acts of the Bagmati Province.     

After passing from the Province Assembly, Speaker of Bagmati Province Bhuban Kumar Pathak had certified and submitted to the Province Chief Sharma for authentication.     

Spokesperson of the Province Chief Office Prakash Chapagain said that Province Chief Sharma authenticated the bills as per Article 201 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal.     

As stated in the Act, the age limit for the Province Civil Service is fixed 60 years. (RSS)
