Mini tiller distributed to farmers on grant

By Kabiraj Ghimire, Hile, Feb 26: Agriculture Knowledge Centre, Dhankuta distributed mini-tiller, tunnel, fertilizer, and seed to farmers.

The centre has distributed mini tiller on 50 per cent grant and tunnel and seed on 100 per grant. The program is proceeded to implement the program known as Main Highway Target Program.

It is distributed to the 10 farmers of Guranshe Cow Farming Agriculture Group of Dhankuta Municipality ward no 2. 

Administrative chief Nagendra Bahadur Rana informed that tillers are distributed wit aim of reducing cost and mechanization.  

The knowledge center provided Rs 5 lakh and farmers contributed Rs 5 lakh for the tillers. 

According to the chairperson of Guranshe Cowfarming Agriculture Group Bhim Rana said that the centre has provided the grant of Rs 5 lakh and famers have contributed Rs 5 lakh. (RSS)
