President Bhandari extends best wishes on Mahashivaratri

Kathmandu, Feb 18: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has pointed out the need of paying attention in preservation of cultural and religious heritages, the pillar of civilization.
In a message, President wished for happiness, peace and prosperity of Nepalis on the occasion of Mahashivaratri-2079.
Extending best wishes on the occasion of Mahashivaratri, President Bhandari expressed the belief that festivals reflect the reality that human could find the path of prosperity maintaining consistency with nature.
She opined that Nepali tradition has significant contribution in origin and development of Hindu culture. (RSS)
